- The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 14,534 rentable square feet (approximately 12,639 - 13,270 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet) of contiguous office space located on a single floor. Space must be above ground level and must be serviced by at least two elevators, one of which may serve as a freight elevator. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) Requirements. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years, five (5) years firm with sixty (60) days cancellation notice. DELINEATED AREA: White Plains, New York as described by the area below: Beginning at the intersection of South Broadway and Maple Avenue going West on Maple Avenue to Lexington Avenue; North on Lexington Avenue to Martine Avenue; West on Martine to Bank Street; North on Bank Street to Main Street; West on Main Street to Route 119 (Tarrytown Road); Continue North on Route 119 (Tarrytown Road) to Cross Westchester Expressway 287 (West) to Exit 4 (100A Knollwood Road); North to Old Tarrytown Road; East on Old Tarrytown Road to Route 100 (Hillside Avenue); South to 287 (East) to Exit 6 ( North Broadway); South on North Broadway to Maple EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN APRIL 13, 2010 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: Building name and address, and location of space in the building Legal description One-eighth inch scale drawing of the space being offered ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet Rentable Square Feet offered and Rental Rate per square foot. (Specifying services, utilities, electricity and tenant improvement allowance included) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to determine the Rentable Square Feet Name, address, telephone number and email address of individual to be contacted Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the Offeror is representing more than one property, the Offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner.
