Amendment 0001 to DOL110RP20910 (Standard Form 30) Bamberg JCC Project The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to: a) Correct RESPONSE DATE within FBO notice from May 03, 2010 to April 30, 2010. b) Change the TIME FOR SITE VISIT from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Eastern to enable interested vendors adequate travel time. c) Correct Block 3, DATE ISSUED within original Standard Form 1442 from 3/31/09 to 3/31/10. d) Change the PROJECT MANAGER from Mark McCormic, (703) 516-2293 to Suresh Supekar, (703) 516-2212. e) Provide Asbestos Report via hyperlink. Please be sure to replace the original SF 1442 with the corrected form.
