Description

Additional Information Sheet Terms & Conditions Commercial Item Clauses The Social Security Administration (SSA) has a need for the following Adobe software: 1. Advantage Support - Platinum Uplift per product (12 months) Part # 210-4120 SSA intends to purchase software particular to one manufacturer as set forth in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(2) "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." As it stands, Adobe and its resellers are the only known providers of the abovelisted software. The program highlights of the following software are: • Designated expertise with unique insights into your infrastructure • Priority handling of technical issues • 30-minute, 24x7 targeted response time for priority incidents • Expert information on software updates and new releases • Unlimited phone, e-mail, and web access to senior-level technical support consultants Any vendor capable of providing software that can perform the essential requirements must present electronic/written evidence of such capabilities by April 13, 2010. The evidence must include a discussion of how the software would satisfy the proposed requirements. The Government does not intend to pay for information received and does not intend to provide evaluation result to the sender. All responses must be sent to Mike.DeAngelis@ssa.gov. by Tuesday, Arpil, 13, 2010 at 12:00pm EST. Along with your quote, please complete and submit the attached additional information sheet.
