- The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease approximately 38,415 rentable square feet of office and warehouse space in Olympia, WA. The space shall yield a minimum of 27,705 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (usable square feet) of office space and 5,700 usable square feet of warehouse space for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. In addition, there must be 209 parking spaces available for use by the tenant. While build-to-suit locations will be considered, an existing building is preferred. The building must be situated within the following delineated area: •1. From a starting point at the intersection of I-5 and Trosper Rd SW •2. East on Trosper Rd SW to Capitol Blvd S •3.
