- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT IS COMPETING EXISTING LEASED LOCATION IN Williston, VT Project Number 8VT2014 Requirement: The United States Government currently occupies approximately 30,930 ANSI BOMA Usable Square Feet and 35,227 Rentable Square Feet of contiguous warehouse space under a soon to expire lease in Williston, VT. The Government is considering a competition for alternative warehouse space and will relocate if a consideration of the economics and other factors involved are supportive. The cost of moving, alterations and occupant agency mission, among other items, will be considered in evaluating the alternative. This is an inquiry for available space and is not to be construed as an invitation to bid. Delineated Area: North: Starting out at the intersection of Vermont 2A and Rivercove, south along Vermont 2A to the intersection of Mountain View Road. East along Mountain View Road to the intersection of North Williston Road. East: South along N. Williston Road to the intersection of Old Creamery Road. South: West along old Creamery Road to Vermont 2A. North along Vermont 2A to the intersection of S. Brownell Road south along S. Brownell Rd. to Van Sicklen Rd. West along Van Sicklen Rd to Route-116 (Hinesburgh Road) West: North along Route-116 to Old Farm Road. North along old Farm Road to Kimball Avenue. West along Kimball Ave to Kennedy Drive. North along Kennedy Drive to the intersection of Airport Drive and White Street. West along White Street to Airport Parkway. North along Airport Parkway to the intersection of Shamrock Road (National Guard Avenue). East along National Guard Avenue to the intersection of Vermont 2A. Lease Term : The Government is interested in a lease proposal of Ten (10) years. Owners & Authorized Agents: The space must meet requirements for handicapped access in accordance with the ABAAS guidelines and must be fully serviced leased include all cleaning services and utilities. Submission by other than the owner or manager of the property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner. Expressions of interest should be submitted in writing no later than May 3, 2010 at 4pm eastern and should include the following information: 1.) Building name and address, and location of space in the building, legal property description, recent survey, property identification numbers (PIN). 2.) Floor plan detailing space offered. 3.) ANSI/BOMA defined Warehouse Area Square Feet. 4.) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to determine the Rentable Squar Feet. 5.) Number of parking spaces available on the premises. 6.) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted. 7.) Provide rental rate to broken down by shell, operating cost for a full serviced lease.
