- NSN list for solicitation SPM4A510R0601 Solicitation is for the set up of an Indefinite Quantity Type Contract with a firm fixed price base period of one year and four firm fixed price option periods of one year each. The list of 24 NSNs within the 3120 FSC that will be contained on this solicitation are attached to this notice. Estimated Annual Demand quantities, and minimum and maximum delivery order quantities will be contained within the solicitation document. All NSNs have common sources of supply and are in accordance with a QPL. Terms are FOB Destination with inspection/acceptance at destination or origin as required, per item. One NSN has surge and sustainment requirements. The Issue date of the solicitation will be May 6, 2010.
