Description

Amendment 4 Amendment 0004 to subject requirement is hereby issued to correct an erroneous response due date reflected on the RFP Cover Sheet. THERE ARE OFFICIALLY FOUR AMENDMENTS (AMENDMENTS 0001 THRU 0004) TO THIS RFP. THE OFFICIAL AMENDMENTS ARE ON THE SF30, AMENDMENT OF SOLICITATION/MODIFICATION OF CONTRACT. ALL CONTRACTORS ARE REQUIRED TO ACKNOWLEDGE ALL FOUR OFFICIAL AMENDMENTS (AMENDMENTS 0001 THRU 0004) VIA EMAIL TO THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS cheryl.b.jones@uscg.mil prior to 23 APR 2010 4:00 PM EST. NOTE: Provided below is information which clarifies official amendments associated with this RFP and identified under the Complete View and All Files headings on this FBO page.
