- Amendment 3 - receipt of quotes extension This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) under solicitation number RFQ-R33406. Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror. The Government intends to award on an all or none basis to a responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation. This procurement is 100 percent set aside for small business concerns and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. The associated North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 541380 and the business size standard is $12,000,000. This requirement is for analytical services consisting of thirteen (13) line items and other supplemental information which is attached as a separate document to this synopsis. Contract Line Items: Reference the attachment. Description of Requirements: Reference the attachment. Period of Performance: Date of Award thru September 30, 2010. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), (http://www.ccr.gov). Further, quoters are requested to go online to the Business Partner Network (http://orca.bpn.gov) to complete their Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) prior to submittal of a quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-38. The following provisions and clauses are hereby incorporated by reference and shall apply to this solicitation and shall apply accordingly to the subsequent award. The provisions and clauses can be found at www.acqnet.gov. FAR 52.212-1 - NOTE - This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541380 with a size standard of $12.0 Million.
