- Solicitation No. 492-10-006 Local-Hire USPSC Economic Advisor for USAID/Philippines SOLICITATION NUMBER: 492-10-006 ISSUANCE DATE: April 22, 2010 CLOSING DATE: June 7, 2010 SUBJECT: Solicitation for Local-Hire U.S. Personal Service Contractor, USAID/Philippines Economic Advisor Ladies/Gentlemen: The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking applications (Standard Form 171 or Optional Form 612 only) from qualified U.S. citizens to provide personal services as a Local-Hire Economic Policy Advisor under a personal services contract, as described in the attached solicitation. Submittals shall be in accordance with the attached information at the place and time specified. Send one set of U.S. Government SF 171 or OF 612. These signed forms must be mailed, delivered via international courier, or emailed (email applications must be signed) by the date and time above to the address supplied in the attached solicitation. Incomplete or unsigned applications shall not be considered. In addition, applicants are encouraged to forward a resume or curriculum vitae, a brief annex to the resume or curriculum vitae which demonstrates how prior education, experience and/or training addresses the minimum qualifications and evaluation factors by which applicants will be initially ranked. Applicants should retain for their records copies of all enclosures which accompany their applications.
