- Questions for interested parties: By answering the below questions this will assist us in the source selection process. 1. Statement of capability, What is your repair capability (core vs. outsource ratio)? 2. What is your facilities capacity/storage as well as how do you handle In/Out processing of items? How do you segregate between serviceable/unserviceable items so they will not co-mingle? 3. Is your company GREEN compliant? Does your company provide products and services with favorable energy or environmental attributes in accordance with federally-mandated "green" procurement preference programs. The Department of Defense's Green Procurement Program is a comprehensive strategy for implementing environmentally preferred practices. 4. What are your typical terms of a commercial contract? 5. Have you processed inventory replenishment with contractor furnished material (ie. Piece parts)?
