RECOVERY ACT (ARRA): THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The proposed action will be a contract modification issued against an existing contract for Construction Management (CM) Services for the Roof Repairs/Replacement project at the David W. Dyer Federal Building and US Courthouse in Miami, Florida. The contractor is McDonough Bolyard Peck, Inc. The contractor is performing work on the project site under contract number GS04P06EXD0112/GSP0409EX5158.
