- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Essex Electro of Schaumburg, IL for the procurement of the following: 1 each, Electronic Control Module (DDEC) P/N-23529230; 2 each, Meter Ampere AC, P/N-A624-2104; 2 each, Voltmeter, AC (M3), P/N- A624-2108; 2 each, Voltmeter, DC (M5), P/N-A624-2109; 2 each, Tachometer, Electrical (M10), P/N-A624-2110; 2 each, Resistor-Diode Assembly, P/N-328AS339-1; 5 each, Semiconductor, Diode (MIL-S-19500/260), P/N-N1202R; 2 each, Quick Disconnect 175A, P/N-A624-2530; 2 each, Regulator, AC, P/N-A624-3103-1; 2 each, PC Board Assembly, P/N-A624-3505; 1 each, Electronic Control Module (ECM), P/N-23529230; 2 each, Contractor (3288AS227), P/N-A624-3118; 2 each, Timer Assembly, P/N-A624-2600; 1 each, Alternator Assembly, P/N-328AS292-1; 3 each, Sensor, TRS and SRS, P/N-23502874; 3 each Sensor, Oil Pressure, P/N-23511176; 3 each, Sensor, Coolant Temp, P/N-23518092. These spare parts are for the Egyptian Air Force’s Mobile Electric Power Cart and are required to maintain and repair the cart. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not have the rights to current data, drawings or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
