- Description
- SAMHSA’s Office of Program Services (OPS), Division of Grants Management (DGM) contemplates awarding a one year cost reimbursement contract with four options years entitled “Grants Management Support Services” Reference no. 283-10-0355. This project is competitive under the 8(a) program under NAICS code 561110. Division of Grants Management manages the administrative, business, and financial processes for all SAMHSA discretionary and mandatory grant programs. SAMHSA has approximately 2,500 active discretionary and mandatory grants and DGM closes out approximately 600 of these grants each year. This contract will provide technical support services to DGM for both discretionary and mandatory grants. The contract will provide for full-time staff to work at SAMHSA on these five tasks 1) grant closeout, 2) file management and maintenance, 3) grants administrative support, 4) workplan refinement, and 5) transfer of activities. The contract does not involve any development of IT products. The estimated date of issuance of the RFP is May 18, 2010 proposals responses, by June 18, 2010. This solicitation maybe obtained in any of two ways; by mail or FedBizOps. Files will not be made available until on or after the estimated issuance date. Once downloaded, you should determine if you have a continuing interest in the RFP. If so, you must either write the individual identified below and request a copy of the amendments to the RFP (if any) be sent to you by mail, or check the FedBizOps for amendments which can be downloaded electronically. NOTE: If you rely on FedBizOps for obtaining the RFP amendments, SAMHSA has no way to assure, and therefore assume no responsibility for assuring that you have downloaded these documents. All RFP requests must include the RFP number and be in writing. Requests will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis until the supply is exhausted; however, there is no assurance that copies requested after the twentieth day will reach the requestor before the due date for receipt of responses.
