- SF-18 SOW DRAWING This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The office of NOAA National Marine Fisheries Service, Resource Assessment and Conservation Engineering (RACE) Division located in Seattle, WA has a requirement for a contractor to provide automated analysis application and development on project entitled: Automated target tracking, morphometric measurement, and species identification of fish from underwater video. See attached detailed statement of work for complete description of services. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541690 with a small business size standard of $7M. The government intends to issue a firm- fixed contract with period of performance commencing Sept 1, 2010 through Dec 31, 2011 with no option periods. All interested parties must respond to this announcement within fifteen (15) calendar days of its publication. This is a simplified acquisition with estimated value of less than $100,000.00. The following provisions and clauses shall apply to this solicitation and resultant award. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items (Jan 1999), applies to this acquisition. ****The Western Regional Acquisition Division, requires that all contractors doing business with this Acquisition Office be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) as of October 1, 2003.
