Description: The government intends to award a contract for a remotely operated underwater camera. The contractor shall provide a VideoRay Pro 4 Port Security 300 SE Package or equivalent. The government has a Video Ray for use as a possible trade in. The unit shall be submersible to a depth of 1,000 feet and shall include a controller manipulator arm. Additionally the camera must comply with all specifications listed in the solicitation.
