- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is an unrestricted acquisition. The NAICS code is 423210 and the size standard is 100 employees. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-40, Effective March 23, 2010 Line item 0001 System Office Furniture for Armory, Manchester NH 12 office work stations, 5 office desks, 1 file cabinet, 20 chairs. See Statement of Work. Line item 0002 Classroom Furniture for CSMS, Concord NH 9 eight foot tables, 36 swivel chairs. See Statement of Work Offerors shall propose a firm fixed price of all office furniture, delivery, and installation for this project. Offerors must attend the sight visit in order to understand Governments intent for this project. Site Visits: Manchester Armory 9:00 AM EST, May 11, 2010 Meet in Manchester Armory Parking Lot. 1059 Canal Street, Manchester, NH 03110 Concord Armory Building H 2:00 PM EST, May 12, 2010 Meet in Building H parking lot. 4 Pembroke Road, Concord, NH 03301 The provisions at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items apply. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
