- Contractor to provide labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to perform general construction work to include maintenance, repair, alteration, mechanical, electrical, heating/air conditioning, demolition, asbestos and lead paint abatement, painting, paving, and earthwork in both military family housing and industrial/office buildings (to include historic buildings) located on Fort Sam Houston, Camp Bullis, and Canyon Lake Recreation Center, TX.
