- RECOVERY ACT ACTION THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE OFFICE OF EXTRAMURAL RESEARCH ELECTRONIC RESEARCH ADMINISTRATION UNDER WYLE INFORMATION SYSTEMS LLC CONTRACT NUMBER HHSN-276-2009-00202U. In accordance with FAR Part 5.7 Publicizing Requirements under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, this is a notification of a modification to an existing, competitively awarded fixed price delivery order using American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funding. This contract is to provide the eRA community with proficient staff and consultants who possess a wide-range of experience in providing administrative and technical support to the eRA mission. It is the intent of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to modify purchase order number HHSN-276-2009-00202U with LTS Corporation (DUNS 068212398). Currently, the Vendor provides executive administrative, communications and outreach, data analysis, and project management support to the Office of Extramural Research (OER) Electronic Research Administration (eRA) to enhance user support functions at the NIH. As a result of ARRA funding, the NIH believes that the system improvements can be executed in a timely fashion allowing enhanced user support. The purpose of this modification is to provide support for the Federal Financial Reporting (FFR) Project that will modify the current Financial Status Report module in the Commons to collect all new information required by FFR. The modification will allow for the requirement that grant recipients periodically submit reports on their grant's financial progress. The activities and labor categories are within the scope of the existing contract and do not constitute new work. The contractor shall provide resources in quantities and timelines in accordance with, and as notified by, the current ordering processes of the Project Officer to meet agency demands for surge support. Labor Categories and Descriptions Below are the labor categories and descriptions from the existing master contract that may be required under this task order: Technical Information Specialist Provides communications support for upcoming changes in process or policy, new enhancements and defect fixes in any of eRA's 24 software applications associated with the grant process, emergency issues, potential fixes and estimated time for resolution, system downtime and training and outreach requirements. This notice is for information purposes only. This is not a RFQ nor is a RFQ available. If you have any questions please contact Em'Ria J. Briscoe at briscoee@mail.nih.gov.
