- Drawing Performance Work Statement Industrial Safety Requirements This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 332410 applies to this procurement. All responsible small business concerns may submit a quotation which will be considered. All qualified small business sources interested in this requirement should submit quotes along with CAGE Code and Point of Contact information to: Catherine Johnson, Contract Specialist at catherine.johnson@robins.af.mil This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-33, 15 July, 2009, DFARS Change Notice 20090715. Place of Performance: Robins AFB, GA Price should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB, GA 31098) In addition to price and delivery; quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Request delivery date is 4 month ARO CLIN 0001, Purchase and Installation of two Steam Heat Exchanger Systems See attached: Heat Exchanger System Requirement and Appendix C for additional information on this requirement.
