- Pre-solicitation notice for the Maintenance and Repair of Cranes The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price requirements contract with one base year and four (4) option years. The FOB point is Letterkenny Army Depot (destination). This solicitation will be made under the conditions of a 100% small business set-aside. All interested sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by this agency. Solicitation W911N2-10-R-0075 date: O/A 17 May 2010, Closing date: O/A 26 May 2010. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ on or about 17 May.
