The contractor shall provide names of inspectors and documentation of the auditors' experience and credentials at the time the proposal is submitted". Interpretation: Person(s) conducting the inspection shall be a licensed professional engineer (PE) with demonstrated experience / credentials in Life Safety inspections of projects with same or higher complexity.
