- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This synopsis is for a firm-fixed price contract for 2 ea enclosed semi-trailers to be delivered to 2002 S. Holt Rd., Indianapolis IN 47241. All items need to be delivered within 30 days of contract award. Proposals will be submitted at the Contracting Officer's address via email. The solicitation will be posted electronically and may be viewed at: http://www.nationalguardcontracting.org/ and http://www.fedbizopps.gov The solicitation package will be issued via the web only. Contract will be awarded on Best Value where technical specifications/features are equal to price. All contractors and subcontractors interested in this project must register at the site. All potential offerors are required to be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) http://www.ccr.gov/ All firms must identify the status of their firm as a large business, small business, small disadvantaged business, emerging small business, 8(a) business, woman owned business, or veteran owned business.
