Description

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Acquisition Management Division, on behalf of the NIST Office of Technology Services, intends to negotiate with THOMSON REUTERS (SCIENTIFIC), INC, 1500 SPRING GARDEN ST # 4, PHILADELPHIA, PA, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR Subsection 13.106-1(b), renewal for Thomson Reuters database U.S. University Science Indicators 1981-2009 and Institutional Citation Report, 1972-2009. Interested parties that are authorized by THOMSON REUTERS (SCIENTIFIC), INC, Renewal of Membership U.S. University Science Indicators 1981-2009 standard and deluxe categories; Institutional Citation Report, 1972-2009, National Institute of Standards and Technology, with citing and cited papers, including Conference Proceedings Citation Index records 1990-2009, to sell the aforementioned Services may clearly and unambiguously identify their capability to do so in writing on or before May 24, 2010 by 12:PM EST. Such written responses will be used solely to determine whether competitive procedures could be used for this acquisition.
