- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for 170 Markview License support. The FAA contemplates awarding a purchase order to fulfill this requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 511210, Software Publishers, and the Small Business size standard is $25 Million. The FAA intends to solicit and negotiate only with Kofax Inc., Irvine CA, in accordance with AMS Policy 3.2.2.4. The FAA currently receives support from Kofax for all Markview products. The determination to solicit and negotiate with only one firm is necessitated and supported because of the proprietary nature of the product. A competitive solicitation is not available for this procurement.
