- Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), intends to solicit for and the issue a sole source, fixed-price IDIQ type Order, with a Not-to-Exceed (NTE) amount, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to American Imaging located at 7691 North Shore Place in North Little Rock, AR 72118, to provide digitization and Optical Character Recognition indexing services for approximately 160,000 pages of William J. Clinton Presidential original textual records. A Justification and Approval was prepared in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This purchase order will include the following: Line item 0001 Scanning of records in accordance with the Performance Work Statement; Line Item 0002 Indexing of records in accordance with the PWS; and Line Item 0003 DVD Deliverables in accordance with the PWS. Any questions and/or comments must be received in this office not later than 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on May 28, 2010, in order to be considered.
