- Amendment 0005 to Solicitation FA8504-10-R-20282 to extend proposal response date DESCRIPTION: This notice constitutes a Notice of Proposed Contract Action. The 330 th Aircraft Sustainment Group (330 ACSG), 330 th Aircraft Sustainment Wing (ASW), Warner Robins Air Logistics center (WR-ALC) has a requirement for Group A kits and Contingency Engineering support (to include travel) for installation of the AN/APN-241 Low Power Color Radar on selected C-130H1 AMC and C-130H2 AFRC aircraft. The government intends to award a 1 year contract to procure supplies and incidental services for the delivery and installation of the Group A kits for the C-130H1 and H2. This supply type contracting action will be a Firm Fixed Pricing (FFP) arrangement for the Group A Kits, technical manual development and non-recurring engineering. There will be cost reimbursement contract line items (CLINs) for travel. Quantities for this effort will include fourteen (14) EA C-130H1 Group A Kits, and nine (9) C-130H2 Group A Kits, NSN 1560-K0-191-669LG. This will be a non-commercial; competitive HUBZONE Set-aside acquisition performed under FAR Part 15 and will utilize AFFARs 5315 and Mandatory Procedures MP5315.3 Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Selection procedures. It is anticipated that the RFP will be released to FedBizOpps on or around 12 February 10. Due date will be 30 days after release of the solicitation and will be referenced in the RFP.
