All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. Award will be made based on best value to the Government. Evaluation will be based on Technical Capability and Past Performance. Responses shall be submitted electronically to alyse.n.white@usdoj.gov. All respondents will be considered by this agency. Any questions shall be submitted by 1:00pm EST May 26, 2010. Questions and answers will be posted as an amendment to the synopsis/solicitation. Closing date is May 27, 2010 12:00 noon EST.
