Description
The Air Armament Center (AAC), Eglin AFB, FL, has a requirement for nonpersonal services for the operation and management of the Centralized Appointment Call Center and Referral Management Center. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, and labor for the operation of the centralized appointment call center, referral management center, primary care manager by name desk, TriCare Plus enrollment; appointment desks for the family health, family practice, pediatric clinic, internal medicine clinic, and flight medicine clinic at Eglin AFB and Hurlburt Field, FL. The anticipated base period of performance will be 01 August 2010 through 31 July 2011 with four, one-year option periods, all of which will be included in the evaluation for award. The contract type will be Firm-Fixed Price. This procurement will be 100% set-aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB). The applicable NAICS code is 561421 and the corresponding size standard is $7.0 million. Firms responding should indicate if they are qualified as a SDVOSB against this size standard. The anticipated date to issue the solicitation is 9 June 2010. Paper copies of the solicitation will NOT be issued. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available on the Electronic Posting System (EPS), which can be accessed at http://www.fedbizops.gov. No telephone calls or written requests for the solicitation package will be accepted. All prospective offerors are responsible to visit the web page frequently and obtain the solicitation and any amendments or other information pertaining to this requirement. Relevant information regarding a pre-proposal conference/site visit will be announced in the future solicitation package. IMPORTANT NOTICE: You will not be eligible to receive an award if you are not in the Central Contractor Registration Database at www.ccr.gov. APPENDIX A-WORKLOAD ESTIMATE EGLIN CACC- The CACC receives approximately, 28,000 incoming calls and makes 5,000 outgoing calls monthly, while making approximately 20,000 appointment transactions. RMC-New consults which historically amount to 4,000 a month, outgoing calls approximately 4,000 monthly, incoming calls of 2,000 monthly, walk in patients approximately 300 a month PCMBND-. The PCMBN enrollment / registration process estimates approximately 500 transactions. The Tricare Plus enrollment figures are estimated to be approximately 20 a month. FMCAD- The FMCAD estimates approximately 2,000 incoming calls monthly and estimates making 1,000 appointments (booking, canceling, changing and telephone consults). IMCAD- The IMCAD estimates approximately 2,000 incoming calls monthly and estimates making 1,000 appointments (booking, canceling, changing and telephone consults). PCAD- The PCAD estimates approximately 2,500 incoming calls monthly and estimates making 1,500 appointments (booking, changing, canceling and telephone consults FHCAD- The FHCAD estimates approximately 10,000 incoming calls monthly and estimates making 4,000 appointments (booking, changing, canceling and telephone consults). FPCAD-The FPCAD estimates approximately 7,000 incoming calls monthly and estimates making 4,500 appointments (booking, changing, canceling and telephone consults Hurlburt The CACC receives approximately, 12,000 incoming calls and makes 1,000 outgoing calls monthly, while making approximately 7,000 appointments. The PCMBN enrollment / registration process estimates approximately 600 monthly. The Tricare Plus enrollment figures are estimated to be approximately 20 a month.
