- This announcement constitutes only the pre-solicitation notice; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued on or around 1 June 2010. Solicitation number AG-82A7-S-10-0068 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation. All applicable provision and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. This electronic announcement constitutes the only pre-solicitation notice being issued. THIS PROCUREMENT IS SET ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621112, and the small business size standard is $10 Million. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order for the following service: Mental Health Services IAW the Statement of work at Centennial Job Corps Nampa, ID. Please reference solicitation # AG-82A7-S-10-0068 on all correspondence. All quotations must be received via e-mail (jjbartholomew@fs.fed.us or fax (303-275-5294) to Joel J Bartholomew at the WO AQM Job Corps Support Branch, 740 Simms st, Golden, CO 80401 by 22 June 2010 at 4:30pm (MST). Quotes must be valid for 30 days after the date that the quotes are due. NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE MADE. Please acknowledge all requirements on quotations.
