- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This combinedSynopsis/solicitation Shall be posted on NECO http://www.neco.navy.mil The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 for this procurement action. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, or submit quotes or proposals and capability statements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. However, all quotes or proposals received before the closing date of this RFQ will beconsidered by the government. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, Port Hueneme, CA intends to procure the following items. Description:Transmitter, RGB *RsGsBs) 160Mhz Video, P/N RGB-9100/XMT-L0-ST-IC Quantity 10 each Receiver, RGB(RsGsBs) 160Mhz Video, P/N TGB-9100/RCV-L0-ST-IC- Quantity 10 each 1 Slot, desktop, & universal 110 VAC Power Supply Included, P/N DTCR-1 - Quantity 20 each The NAICS is 334220 and the Small Business Standard is 750 Employees. This combined/synopsis/solicitation is a Sole Source. The contract type will be Firm Fixed Price. This requirement is SOLE SOURCED to: Emcore Corporation as the only source that can produce the item. The above listed part numbers are End of Life (EOL) and available only from Emcore Corporation. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
