- Description
- The Army Contracting Agency, Mission Installation and Contracting Command(MICC) DOC, Fort Belvoir intends to issue a solicitation on or about 7 June 2010 as a 100% Small Business Set-aside. NACIS 541611 with a Size Standard of $7.0 million dollars. This requirement was previously announced under Pre-Solicitation Notice W91QV1-10-R-0022 which has been canceled. This is a service requirement for program management and information technology support to accomplish the integration, operations, maintenance and enhancement of RM-Online and the systems that interface with Army Criminal Investigation Command (CID) and their related organizations. The vendor will have the proven ability to furnish personnel, materials and facilities necessary to provide support for the existing Armys RM Online System located at Fort Belvoir, VA. The United States Army CID utilizes the operational RM-Online web portal and associated components to support the resource management process. The USACIDCs RM-Online is an enterprise Intranet system whose components represent essential elements of Resource Management: Budget, Agent Accreditation, Force, and Personnel Management. The system supports complete budget preparation and execution at the major command and subordinate command/installation level, with full integration through all organizational levels. The USACIDC Resource Manager is responsible for the effective management of US Army Criminal Investigation Command resources.
