The Contractor shall provide experienced facilities/engineering personnel that understand how to evaluate infrastructural impacts on military installations and bases with regard to the delivery and deployment of new military tactical vehicles. The Contractor is expected to review weapon systems requirements and specifications and examine targeted facilities/installation capacity to determine facility impacts, and then document those impacts in a detailed report (e.g., Facility Study and DD 1391) that will identify what changes, if any, would be required to specific facilities / installations that will allow for the storage, parking, transport, movement, stationary and mobile training, and maintenance on/to the various JLTV FOV PBLs. Firing ranges and environmental impacts shall be explicitly reflected in the report. In addition to stating the assessment's findings, the report shall provide recommendations to correct noted impacts and the cost of those corrections.
