- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopses and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. Applicable NAICS code is 334220, 750 employee size standard. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to procure antenna measurement services using the GM MPG Range and the GM Antenna Test System from General Motors Corporation. The services will be procured on a sole source basis from General Motors Corporation, 330 General Motors Road, Milford, MI 48380-3726. GM is the only service provider capable of meeting the Government's minimum requirements. The services consist of: CLIN0001: MPG Range Testing (QTY=64 hrs); CLIN0002: ATS Spherical near field testing (Qty= 64 hrs); CLIN0003: Test plan review, test setup, software modifications, impedance testing, report preparation (Qty= 100 hrs); DFAR 252.232-7003 (Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports) is applicable to this purchase. This order shall be a time and material purchase order. Award shall be made under Simplified Procedures (FAR Part 13) by the Naval Surface Warfare Center 17632 Dahlgren Road, Suite 157, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5110. The closing date for receipt of quotations is 11 June 2010, no later than 12:00 p.m. (local NSWCDD time) with an anticipated award date by 01 July 2010.
