Description

This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.3, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is CT2013-10. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-41. The North American Industry Classification System (NAIC) code is 313249 (other knit fabric & lace mills and small business size standard is 500. This acquisition is unrestricted. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. intends to enter into a firm-fixed price, Requirements type contract for delivery to the UNICOR facility located at FCI Safford, AZ 85546. The period of performance shall be one (1) year with 2 Options, if exercised, from date of award.
