- TDAT Services in Flagstaff, Arizona see below Federal Bureau of Prisons/Contracting Office 20 Hobo Fork Road Natchez, Ms 39120 Description The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Contracting Office, is seeking quotes from a sources to provide outpatient drug abuse intake assessments / report; mental health individual and group counseling, psychiatric evaluation/report, and medication monitoring services in Flagstaff, Arizona for male and female inmates residing in a residential reentry center or on home confinement. Federal Regulations 18 U.S.C. 3621 (e), The violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act (VCCLEA), 550.56 Community Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment Program (TDAT) mandates the Bureau to provide these service sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient substance abuse treatment services and mental health treatment services, within the city limits of Flagstaff, Arizona and shall be accessible to local public transportation. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period estimated to begin on October 1, 2010 with four (4) one-year option periods, with service ending (if all options years are renewed) on September 30, 2015. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three and Option Year Four, respectively.
