- RFQ, Specifications and FAR Clauses. The Northeast Fisheries Science Center, 212 Rogers Ave., Milford, CT 06460 is seeking quotes for the following items: -Mass flow controllers for air and carbon dioxide. - Rotometers for air Specifications are as follows: 1)3 Each Mass flow controllers at with a range from 0-10 L/min, STD metering press (14.7 PSIA), STD temp (21.1ºC) are requested. a.configured for air b.an accuracy of at least 1.0% c.a repeatability of 0.5% of the full scale. d.the temperature coefficient must be 0.15% of full scale /ºC e.the pressure must be 0.01% of full scale. f.The housing material must be 316 or better stainless steel g.Seals must be Viton-A h.The fittings ¼ inch compression i.An LCD readout j.Power input 12 VDC k.A power cord-GFC 110 VAC North America plug 12 VDC l.NIST traceable certification m.Local or remote setpoint control n.Output signals of 0-5 VDC and 4-20 mA. o.They must be calibrated 2)6 Each Mass flow controllers at with a range from 0-20 mL/min are requested. The government intends to award a firm-fixed priced purchase order for this requirement. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) package is attached to this posting. Quotes must be either faxed (732-872-3002) or emailed (donna.sanchez@noaa.gov) to Donna Sanchez no later than June 18, 2010. All quotes received by the deadline will be considered.
