- SOLICITATION for CONSTRUCTION Renovation of the Air Conditioning Systems for 19 Terminal Doppler Weather Radar (TDWR) facilities within the Eastern Service Area. The work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to replace the air conditioning units at each of the TDWR sites. Estimated performance time: 285 calendar days. Estimated price range): $1,000,000.00 to $1,500,000.00Due date for offers: June 28, 2010, 4:00 pm.Estimated start date for project: August 2010 This requirement is offered to all qualified, responsive concerns through full and open competition. The NAICS code for the acquisition is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors and the small business size standard for this code is $14,000,000.00. To be considered by award of this project, the contractor must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (website: ww.ccr.gov).
