Solicitation DTFASO-10-R-00119For ASBESTOS ABATEMENT CHATTANOOGA REMOTE COMMUNICATIONS AIR/GROUND, Chattanooga, TN The work includes, but is not limited to, the removal of Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) in accordance with the statement of work. Estimated performance time: 90 calendar daysDue date for Offers: June 25, 2010 This requirement is offered to all qualified, responsive concerns and offers will be considered using a tiered order of precedence. (1st - 8(a) certified small businesses, 2nd Small businesses to include Service Disabled and Women Own businesses and 3rd Large Businesses. Each tier will be evaluated using the procedure outline below: a) A determination of insufficient competition or unreasonable price will be made before the next tier is evaluated. b) Directions on tired evaluation are outline in Section M in addition to evaluation factors for award. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 562910, Remediation Services To be considered for award of this project, the contractor must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (website: www.ccr.gov). Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at the prime interest rate to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
