- SF 1449 Open Competition - Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - PR# F3K0DA009A001 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-41 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20100608. NAICS is 561990 with a small business size standard of $7 Million. *This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside.
