Other Than Full and Open Competition. Critical Application Item; Configuration Control Applies; Government First Article Testing & Production Lot Testing Required; Export Control; RFP quantitiy 112 each with 100% qty option; Origin inspection; FOB Destination to Stock Location; Requested Delivery of 192 days or less after first article approval (AFAA) ; Electronic Offers are not acceptable; Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package; Progress payment are authorized.
