- This action has been awarded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of2009. In compliance with this Act, the Government posts this notice that modification 5to contract NNJ09JA20C was awarded based on the results of testing by the JSCOccupational Health Department which found that precautionary requirements levied toprotect against exposure to Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs) were no longer required. <P>Therefore, Specification Section 02 84 33 was updated to delete the requirement fordisposable coveralls with hoods and booties, and replace it with PPE or work clothing toprotect skin from silica and dust during grinding operations. <P>NNJ09JA20C is a firm fixed price contract that was awarded to W.A. Robbins Construction,Inc. under the Small Business Administration 8(a) program, using the PartnershipAgreement between NASA and the Small Business Administration in accordance with FAR 19.8and the authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(5).
