Each development Spiral continually offers an increasing enhancement to satisfy USTRANSCOM's and DLA's requirements. Ergo, for uninterrupted support, the following requirements are critical. Ensure co-existence of Government owned (DataFlux) software licenses remain valid, in effect, and current. Respond to incidents as required by the IGC PMO or DECC Operational Support Team. Fully able to integrate DataFlux Integration and Federated Server on same hardware. Must support ODBC and vendor native connections to ORACLE and Teradata. The Software must run under a Solaris 10 (SPARC based) Operating System. Conduct all maintenance activities as DataFlux or an authorized OEM reseller. Provide a single point of contact for reporting and escalating software issues.
