Description
SUBJECT SOLICITATION IS HEREBY EXTENDED UNTIL 1100 HOURS, 16 JUN 2010. This acquisition is for software application licenses and maintenance support from DataFlux. DataFlux is a mining tool used for identifying data anomalies within the source feeds (commercial and military transportation providers) so that quality and consistency problems can be detected early during the programs incremental spiral development. Within the IGC architectural enclave, DataFlux holds strong interoperable ties to the ORACLE staging database and the Teradata EDW via customized operational and reference data reports that have already been developed and implemented through a Spiral release strategy. Each development Spiral continually offers an increasing enhancement to satisfy USTRANSCOM's and DLA's requirements. Ergo, for uninterrupted support, the following requirements are critical. The contractor's licenses/software/services shall comply with the following requirements; Must be 100% compatible with existing IGC environments (Production, Test, Dev, etc.). Ensure co-existence of Government owned (DataFlux) software licenses remain valid, in effect, and current. Respond to incidents as required by the IGC PMO or DECC Operational Support Team. Fully able to integrate DataFlux Integration and Federated Server on same hardware. Must support ODBC and vendor native connections to ORACLE and Teradata. The Software must run under a Solaris 10 (SPARC based) Operating System. Conduct all maintenance activities as DataFlux or an authorized OEM reseller. Provide a single point of contact for reporting and escalating software issues. Provide Premium level of maintenance support to ensure timely responses, to include (if necessary) on-site support for critical emergency fixes.
