- Description
- RFQ for Extended Service Agreement NDI Digital X-Ray Machine. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-42. This solicitation, F1N2E80103A001, is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 334517 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. This opportunity is advertised as a non-personal service to provide the following: All supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, materials, and all other items necessary to an Extended Service Agreement for NDI GE Digital X- Ray machine for 14 FTW/MXL at Columbus Air Force Base, MS. Specifically cited is CLIN 0001 - Extended Service Agreement for NDI GE Digital X- Ray machine (2 each). All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 and 252.232-7009.
