- Description
- The US Army Medical Command Southeast Region has a requirement for a Spinal Surgical Set. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement. The suggested contractor is K2M, Inc., 751 Miller Drive Southeast, Suite F 1, Leesburg, Virginia 20175-8993 1 each Posterior Cervical screw/rod implant set with instruments (8 each 3.5 x 14mm screws, 1 each 4.0 x 14mm screw, 1 each 3.4 x 25mm screw, 2 each 4.0 x 25mm screw, 1 each rod template, 1 each adjustable drill bit and 2 each 80mm rods). This is not a request for proposal. However, companies that can provide an equal product must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications of their product, past performance information, price and delivery time. This information will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives for consideration for future requirements.
