Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.106, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This notice is being issued as a request for quotations (RFQ) for the procurement of a Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Training Course. Both written and oral offers will be accepted. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Any award from this RFQ will require the vendor to be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (www.ccr.gov) prior to award. This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-42. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 611430 - Professional and Management Development Training applies to this procurement. The Agency contemplates an award of a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation. Oferors' firm fixed price should include attendance, instruction and all training materials. Offerors shall submit a course description, a schedule of available class dates, and a quote for seat prices, per student, for up to 20 students. The period of performance should be within the first five months of fiscal year 2011, with no training to be conducted prior to October 1, 2010. The place of performance will be at the vendor's classroom facility, in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The Agency anticipates the class to be one week in duration, but alternate responses will be considered. All responses are due by 1:00 pm EST on Monday, June 21, 2010.
