Description

Statement of Work attached The National Naval Medical Center, (NNMC) Acquisition Management Department, Bethesda, Md on behalf of the Armed Service Blood Bank Center intends to award a sole source procurement to Miller-Keystone Blood Center for a Infectious Disease Panel (Donor Testing Panel) and Immunohematology Panel. (URGENT REQUIREMENT) The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intendsd to solicit and negotiate w/only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requiirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive bids. A determination by the Government n ot to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice is soley within the descretion of the Government. Award will be made using SAP.
