- Description
- This project consists essentially of but is not limited to demolition and renovation in part or whole and repair of a Headquarters Building, Building 202. Scope includes repair of all finishes, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment; fire alarm and protection equipment including new sprinkler system; and all appurtenances necessary for a complete and useable systems and facility. Project also includes new stairs and elevator tower to be constructed in accordance with the specifications and drawings. The project magnitude for construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 with a size standard of $33,500,000 million dollars. The approximate issue date will be 12 July 2010 with an approximate response date of 11 August 2010. This solicitation is set-aside for Small Business Concerns. Offers will be evaluated utilizing Best Value Procedures. All responsive offers will be considered by the agency. All firms must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive award. Information to register can be found on the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov/ or telephone 1-888-227-2423. This solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price type contract. The performance period is 390-calendar days. The project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The entire solicitation, including the specifications, will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) Web Site at http://www.eps.gov.
