Description
Statement of Work for Extranet Web-based Integrated Information System This Sources Sought notice is issued to conduct market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, to determine whether two or more SBA-certified 8(a) sources posses the requisite capabilities to successfully perform the requirements described in the attached Statement of Work. The NAICS code identified for these requirements is 541512 -- Computer Systems Design Services, with a size standard of $25.0 Million. This Request for Information (RFI) is not a Request for Proposals (RFP) and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered as proposals and no award will be made as a result of this notice. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for information received in response to this notice. Sources choosing to respond to this notice are wholly responsible for any costs/expenses associated with submitting a response. Respondents will not be notified of the results of this sources sought notice. The information obtained from submitted responses may be used in development of an acquisition strategy and future solicitation(s). The Small Business Administration (SBA) is considering a firm, fixed-price acquisition, competed as an 8(a) set-aside, provided that the written capabilities submitted by SBA-certified vendors demonstrate the ability to successfully perform the required services, as determined by the SBA. Interested vendors shall submit a corporate capabilities statement, a brief description of their ability and methodology for performing the actions required by the attached Statement of Work, and a rough order of magnitude (ROM) cost estimate.
