Description
The United States Government currently occupies 17,548 rentable square feet of office and related space in a building under lease in Washington, DC that expires on March 31, 2014. The Government has a requirement for an additional approximately 2,000 contiguous rentable square feet of office and related space. The total rentable space must yield a minimum of 19,548 contiguous ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet.
