- CDRL 4 CDRL 3 CDRL 2 CDRL Picture Spec. The 309th CMXG/ENH Maintance Support Group, 531st CMMXS Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, OO-ALC, Hill AFB Utah is responsible for T-38/F-5 Steering damper test operations, which uses a test stand console. The current stand in used in testing the two parts identified as T-38/F-5 Steer damper T/S (NP0823 no stock number. The Contractor shall design the steering damper test console to the Purchase specifications (06012010), which shall accommodate Air Force testing (T.O. 9H2-3-54-3, 4SA3-42-3), and applicable CDRL's. The new stand will need to at least meet the current stands capability to measure flow rate, pressure, fluid temp while being hooked up to an external hydraulic supply source. The new stand will need to be able to measure a UUT's breakout force, steer rate, and damping coefficient. The new stand will need to incorporate LabVIEW programming in an operator friendly interface. This is a request for information seeking sources capable of meeting the requirements in the attached Purchase Description. When responding please include: 1. Company Name and Cage code. 2. Who is your POC please provide email address and phone number. 3. Experiences with same or similar items, please describe. 4. Suggested NAICS Code. 5. Business Size Classification for NAICS and qualifications if any as any sub-category. (i.e. 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, etc.) 6. Would you be a prime or subcontractor? 7. Lead Time for the task performance. 8. Would you be supplying the console as a manufacturer or a distributor? 9. What specifications would you recommend? 10. What type of software maintenance contract would you be able to provide? 11. Please provide a Estimate for budgeting purposes. Interested offerors should contact the Contract Negotiator whose information listed below to have the T.O.'s distributed via e-mail. The Contractor must provide a current Form 2345 and must comply with AFI61-204(NOTICE TO ACCOMPANY THE DISSEMINATION OF EXPORT-CONTROLLED TECHNICAL DATA) The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of these sources sought or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. The information provided is considered market research and may be utilized by the AF in developing its acquisition strategy, Statement of Objectives, and Performance Specifications. Any proprietary information that is submitted may be used as a general concept but specific information will be safeguarded as proprietary, if so marked.
